We’re a killer sandwich shop in West Asheville, and we need a Hobart Slicer Specialist to keep the line moving and the sandwiches top-notch. If you know your way around a busy kitchen, can stay cool when the lunch rush hits, and still have a smile for customers, we want you on the team.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Slicing meats, cheeses, and bread like a pro—precise, clean, and consistent.

Handling the lunch rush (usually just 2.5 hours) like it’s no big deal.

Keeping your station spotless, stocked, and ready to roll.

Following food safety rules—nobody likes a sloppy sandwich.

Pitching in with side work when it’s slow and jumping back in when it’s busy.

Standing for long shifts, bending, lifting up to 20 pounds, and staying in the game.

Doing the same tasks every day but keeping it fresh with a good attitude.
